Do you hear how the wind carries wishes?
It blows through the fields and rustles in the forest,
How it knocks on windows, enters chimneys
and watches children's faces?
If you hear this, then close your eyes,
Let the world of childhood enter your life again.

Smell the wonderful scent of poppy seed cake.
Look outside the window, the world is all white.
Carp is already frying, compote is cooking,
Frost is painting flowers on the windows again,
And you, joyful with a spark in your eye,
Are looking for Santa Claus, waiting for dusk.

Now, although spring has come a little,
The wind is the same, rustling pleasantly.
Together with the wind I send you wishes,
May all your dreams come true,
And the first star shining at dusk
Brings you joy in this New Year.
